On February 24, 2024, the Naga City People’s Council (NCPC) held the Barangay People’s Council (BPC) Workshop at the Flamingo Hostel, Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City.
Mr. Carlo Lopa was the facilitator of the event in continuation of a previous BPC workshop on February 23, 2024, which introduced the agenda-setting process in the development of a 5-year plan for the BPCs to follow.
The workshop attendees from the 27 barangays were divided into 6 groups for a series of sharing and capacity building activities to analyze identified issues, generate tangible solutions to the matter, as well as establish community camaraderie.
The workshop resulted in fruitful interactions among the BPC members and NCPC staff to integrate the discussions and learnings into the organization of the 5-year plan detailing the programs, meetings, and incentives of the BPCs.
